OMHA Major Peewee A Playdowns
The OMHA Semi-final series between the Guelph Jr. Storm Cooperators and the Welland Bob Robinson & Son Construction Tigers is set to begin tonight in Welland. Welland is coming off a four game series where they defeated the Riverside Rangers, while Guelph has advanced to the final four by skating past Woolwich also in four games. Action tonight is set to begin at 8pm at Welland’s Main Arena.
Game 1 – Tuesday February 26, 8pm – Welland Main Arena Guelph 1, Welland 0
The Guelph Jr. Storm Cooperators edged the Welland Bob Robinson & Son Construction Tigers by a 1-0 score in Tuesday night’s opening game of the 2008 OMHA Major Peewee A Semi-Final.
Game 2 – Saturday March 1, 6:30pm – Guelph West End Rec Centre Guelph 5, Welland 0
Game 3 – Tuesday March 4, 7pm – Victoria Road Rec Centre – Guelph 2, Welland 0
Congratulations to the Guelph Jr. Storm Cooperators for advancing to the Championship Round with a three game sweep of the Tigers. Best of luck in the Finals.
