The Welland Bob Robinson & Son Construction Tigers captured their second tournament championship of the season by winning the Thorold Beaverloch Farms tournament this past weekend. The Tigers compiled a 3-1 record in the round-robin by defeating the Burlington Eagles 5-2, the Pelham Panthers 4-3, and the Thorold Blackhawks 3-2 before falling to the Burlington Eagles 4-0 in the final round-robin contest. The Tigers would get revenge on the Eagles, however, by downing them in the championship game by a 3-1 score.
